Sofia is not sleeping

Today, we'd like to pull back the curtain and reveal some of the new luxury spots that our capital is offering, enticing fans of refined food and nightlife because Sofia never sleeps.

We begin with interesting suggestions for where to eat deliciously and spend a pleasant evening talking with your loved ones.

Spectrum Restaurant

Quite recently, the Millennium Hotel's iconic building just welcomed the Spectrum restaurant. The restaurant, located on the 28th floor, not only impresses guests with its breathtaking view but also with its fusion menu of Asian and Latin American food. The hosts have provided a DJ to enhance the emotions of their guests and to transform an ordinary meal into an exciting experience.

ADOR Restaurant

A completely new addition to Sofia's culinary list is the Ador restaurant, which was opened a week ago and is located on the ground floor of the Intercontinental Hotel. The menu is influenced by Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine and offers its guests a real culinary delight. The Chefs Dimitrov and Boyadzhiev place a premium on the origin and quality of their ingredients, striking an artful balance between natural, agricultural products and meats sourced from organic farms around the world.

Paradiso Pizza & Friends

For pizza lovers and pizza that you have never tried before, we highly recommend Paradiso Pizza & Friends in the immediate vicinity of the NDK. Spicchi ("slice" in Italian) is like a Michelin star, only for pizza, and Chef Alberto Morello has three spicchi three years in a row. Alberto himself opened his first restaurant in his hometown of Este, Northern Italy, and a few years later he was named Italy's best rising pizza master. The secret of his original pizzas is in the sourdough dough, long fermentation, and seasonal products that he grows in Italy in his own garden near his Gigi Pipa restaurant.

We highly recommend you try the signature cone pizzas or the one with gorgonzola, pumpkin, and truffle. And on a secret note: the arancini are phenomenal, and the tiramisu, also.

Manco Bar&Club

Manco Bar & Club is the new posh place that is housed in the imposing BDZ building on the corner of G.S. Rakovski Street and Ivan Vazov Street. The interior of the establishment is a true work of art, with carefully selected details creating a feeling of elegance and sophistication. Its visitors are also elegant; this is a place where you can come your new dress and designer shoes. We recommend that you pay special attention to the cocktails, and as for the music, you will surely be charmed.

Address: Ivan Vazov 3, Sofia 1000

La Maison

In just two weeks, La Maison managed to become a real hit among fans of nightlife in Sofia. We are not surprised, given the scale with which its owner operates. She created La Maison in Sozopol years ago and Editori Bar not too long ago and turned them into synonyms for sophisticated parties, with a lot of elegance and glam. La Maison in Sofia is a place where you can expect the unexpected, but you will certainly be surrounded by extremely pleasant people, great music, and lots and lots of mood.

Gravity Bar

Gravity Bar is the new modern bar on the yellow cobblestones and continues the tradition of its predecessor, housed for many years in the same place, of filling its visitors with a lot of mood to the sounds of retro music. From early evening to early morning, a variety of cocktails, an elegant setting, and a great view - you will find all this there.
