Sofia dawned with a new location at an emblematic place for Plovdiv - The Family Coffee Roasters. Their selection of high-quality Arabica is strictly traceable, and the masterful roasting process brings out all its individual qualities, aromas and flavors. In their cozy space, the necessary facilities for performing this ritual at home await you - machines, coffee grinders, porcelain cups and accessories, while at the espresso bar you can taste the perfect cup of coffee. Coffee culture has already gained momentum, enjoy it.
We present to you the newest artisan donut bakery in Sofia, where you can sweeten your walk and indulge in well-deserved blissful moments. Kozunut's family business offers craft doughnuts, buttered rolls, butternut squash and carefully selected beverages. Donut flavors range from lemon cream, pistachio, chocolate mousse and more. In addition to filling your eyes with pleasant colors, it is important to note that each bite is prepared without any stabilizers and preservatives. Kozunut prepares both their dough and creams on site. They're perfect for those times when, out of bohemian laziness, you wish someone else had made the dessert, and well.

5. Largo Di Serdika
The new menu of Largo Di Serdika is a collection of classic recipes and products, but refracted through the modern prism of the restaurant, located in the emblematic city location, and the chef's authorial reading. On the menu we find the Forbidden Apple - the dessert that is worth every single calorie. The tempting sweetness is composed of sponge cake with baked apple, apple trio jam prepared in three different ways, red wine reduction and white chocolate Monte ganache. For the finish - a glittering envelope of gold and foil.
Among the oases of good taste in the city is the third location of Osteria Tartufo. Since 2022, the restaurant has developed its simple but authentic concept of Italian cuisine with exceptional dishes that we can now find in three central locations. The new one follows the same philosophy and values – fresh products, refined recipes and impeccable service. Among the most attractive advantages is that there awaits you one of the most pleasant gardens in Sofia, in which to spend hedonistic hours in the upcoming summer days.
With its four cozy rooms and a menu bursting with techniques, textures and colors, Petru's Restaurant is among the must-try restaurants in town. There is hardly a better time than the spring season to visit. Now every plate blooms with freshness and brand new culinary creations. Our recommendation is the corn chicken variation, in the company of smoked carrots, potato millefeuille, Kenyan beans and Ju sauce, or the creamed spinach and burrata risotto, served with prawns and colorful spring flowers. A real feast for the palate.

8. Céleste patisserie and bakery
The boutique French patisserie and bakery catches the eye from the first glance at the elegantly arranged display case, piled high with tempting baked goods. Both fantastic desserts and handmade bread reign here. The production is without any additives or factory-packaged products. Céleste use their own organic live sourdough, following a rigorously developed technology that makes the bread dense yet juicy, with a thin, crispy crust. Each dough goes through a 25-hour process from kneading to baking, and in addition to having a phenomenal taste, it is also low in gluten. We heartily recommend.
