The guest house is located in the foothill village of Zaya, Koriya area. It is located 5 km from the town of Dryanovo, 18 km from Veliko Tarnovo, 25 km from Gabrovo and 180 km from Sofia.
A newly built two-storey house with a capacity of 10+2 people: 6 bedrooms - 5 with double beds (3 of which with balconies) and 1 room with a sofa for two - all with a private bathroom.
On the first floor there is a spacious living room with: a corner with sofas, a fireplace, a TV, a dining room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a convenient direct connection to an outdoor veranda with an integrated barbecue area.
On the same level there is a Finnish sauna, a gym and a common bathroom with a bathroom and a toilet.
During the winter season, the house is heated with a remote-controlled heating system.
Guests have at their disposal a spacious yard and a seasonal pool measuring 5 m / 9 m.
Parking spaces are available for your cars.

The village of Zaya is located entirely on a southern hill, with a wonderful view of the Dryanovska River and the folded infinity of the Stara Planina.
Nearby are the iconic villages of Bozhentsi, Tryavna, Kostenkovtsi, as well as many other authentic villages and hamlets hidden in the folds of the Hajdu Balkan.
