Meet Our People

We're talking to two of the new stars in the agency's professional constellation. The topic is real estate, of course, but with these engaging subjects, the discussion inevitably goes beyond.

Let's start with the most important thing. What are the three key qualities that a successful real estate broker should possess?
Evgenia: Patience, diplomacy, intuition. I can add a fourth, which is the most important for me to win a client - an individual approach.
Andrea: Correct approach for communicating with the client, patience, and confidence.

What did you do before becoming a real estate broker? Did you learn anything from your previous job that you apply to this day?
Evgenia: I had an online store for Italian shoes. I learned patience and an individual approach to each client.
Andrea: I am still actively pursuing higher education, but I have worked in a notary office. There, I learned patience.

What is your favorite moment of the working day?
Andrea: Team meetings.
Evgenia: When we gather with colleagues to share funny stories from our everyday work.

What are the three most important things you look for in a property?
Andrea: The location, the interior, and even the energy that the property emits.

How would you explain what you do to a 5-year-old?
Evgenia: I sell beautiful houses that bring families together. Also, places where grown-ups go to work and earn money.

How do you deal with failures?
Andrea: With head held high and a smile. Every setback is a setup for a comeback!

What do you love about Sofia?
Evgenia: The dynamics, the opportunities, the cool restaurants, the cultural events, and Vitosha.

And what don't you like about Sofia?
Evgenia: I hate, emphasize - I hate traffic and the lack of parking opportunities throughout the city.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Andrea: To be with my closest people.
Evgenia: It's a bit cliché, but I love sports - it's how I relieve stress. I love cooking for my loved ones - I consider myself a good cook. I love to travel, but who doesn't?
