A close meeting with two more of Galardo Real Estate's brokers: Simona Yordanova and Eleonora Taseva
If we paraphrase the words of one of the most popular Bulgarian writers, it is one thing to want to sell or rent real estate, it is another to be able to find it, and the third (and fourth) is to bring the person for whom is most suitable. Galardo's real estate professionals make sure that clients' dreams come true, desires are satisfied, and properties find just that owner or tenant they've been waiting for.
We start with the can't-do-without question. What are the three most important qualities a successful real estate broker should possess?
Simona: The most important aspects for me in my work as a broker are personal relationships, individualized approach to clients, and a detailed understanding of their needs.
Eleonora: Persistence, customer contact and advertising.
What is your favorite moment of the workday?
Simona: Meeting with my mentor - from her, I learn new things that help me develop successfully in a professional sense. The joy of our team's shared successes is also my favorite moment!
What did you do before becoming a real estate broker? What did you learn from your previous job that you still apply today?
Simona: I have worked as a lawyer. My love for the law is connected to my love for honesty. I strive to be honest and objective, and this has always been highly valued by the people I have worked with.
What are the three most important things you look for first in a property?
Eleonora: Price, location and floor.
How do you deal with failures? What helps you get up and move on?
Simona: I have a rule for my failures - I take them as lessons. If I haven't succeeded in something, it means I wasn't prepared enough! Failures motivate me to be more careful and never give up, in order to reach success.
What do you love in Sofia?
Eleonora: The dynamics, my workplace, the people and the beautiful places to see.
Simona: Sofia is my hometown. I was born and raised in one of its old neighborhoods. I love the old architecture, the narrow cobblestone streets, the parks, and all the beautiful memories from my childhood that are connected to this city...
