What are the three most important qualities a successful real estate broker should have?
A successful real estate agent is one who consistently adds value to their clients by deeply understanding their individual needs and expectations. Success in this profession is a path of continuous learning and improvement, striving to always be one step ahead. While success takes time, a foundation of honesty, awareness and a personal approach are a good start to building lasting and rewarding customer relationships.

What is your favorite moment of the workday?
View or photos of a new property. There's something really special about being invited into someone's home or business. It reveals their story, their dreams, what they fought for and what they want to achieve.

How would you explain what you do to a 5 year old?
Uncle Tomi helps people find homes. And do you have your own room? Tell yours to call me!

What did you do before becoming a real estate broker? What did you learn from your previous job that you still apply today?
I worked for many years in the field of luxury trade. Besides learning how to communicate effectively with people, the most valuable lesson I learned was not to judge anyone by their appearance alone.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
To spend time with my friends and family. I like to travel, snowboard, hang around the city.

What are the three most important things you look for first in a property?
Location, interior layout, price.

How do you deal with setbacks? What helps you get up and move on?
On an intellectual level, I know that failures are just lessons in disguise that are meant to help us grow. But to be honest, when I get hit, sometimes I fall apart like a cheap IKEA bookcase and have to put myself back together. The good news is that I've learned to appreciate my blessings, which really helps.

How do you imagine the ideal place to live, for yourself (and your family)?
For now, I think I've found it. I have a wonderful, small apartment on the top floor with a huge terrace and a magnificent view of Vitosha.

What do you love in Sofia?
Sofia is an amazing place to live. The city features an excellent public transport system, beautiful green parks and boulevards, as well as a vibrant social life. In recent years, Sofia has become a real international center, attracting more and more foreigners who discover its unique charm.

What don't you like about Sofia?
The sidewalks!
