Better late than never: we finally managed to steal a few minutes from the dynamic everyday life of Natalia Petrova , the new addition to the team of realtors at Galardo , to learn how she imagines the ideal home, what she likes most in Sofia and which is the most important thing in a property

We start with the classic question: what are the important qualities that a successful real estate broker should possess?
If I had to pick just three, they would be:
1. To be a good salesman, with good communication skills.
2. To maintain an excellent organization of his time and commitments.
3. To be honest and responsible.

What is your favorite moment of the work day?
The discussion of the work process in the team when we exchange experience, customers, offers.

How would you explain what you do to a 5 year old?
"Mom helps people find and buy a house or apartment, and they pay her for that service."

What did you learn from your previous job that you still apply today?
My last job was in the field of digital services - sales of a digital system for customer service in the field of hospitality, catering and consultancy activities. I learned communication with different people, self-discipline, finding solutions to difficult cases and questions.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
To be in nature with children and friends. Also hobby activities related to art, health and beauty.

What are the three most important things you look for first in a property?
Location, distribution, price.

How do you deal with setbacks? What helps you get up and move on?
Every mistake made is an experience: if I manage not to repeat it, it motivates me and makes me grow as a person and professionally. 

How do you imagine the perfect place to live? 
The ideal place for me is a house near the city, surrounded by greenery - in the mountains, maybe by the sea.

What do you love in Sofia?
Sofia is my birthplace. I love cultural life, parks, and other pleasant corners and places.

What don't you like about Sofia?
The dirty air, too many cars, poor maintenance of the city and streets, and in general the excessive urbanization of some areas.
