The new Galardo Real Estate's Sales Director is a gal with a Bulgarian heart, French manners and global mindset.
Nelly Nikolova was born in Sofia, but as a child she moved to France with her family. There she got the language, the culture and her education. She graduated as a Master in Law at the University of Toulouse, but after several years of working in France, she found that Bulgaria's potential is greater, especially if she could contribute to its development by offering her accumulated European business contacts.
"I recognize both countries as my home and I love each of them differently."
2008 was the year when Nelly Nikolova returned to Bulgaria, and she brought to Sofia excellent opportunities for French real estate investors. That same year, Nelly Nikolova founded Bulgarimmo, an agency connecting French investors, diplomats and families with the Bulgarian real estate market and offering quality services to both parties.
In Sofia Bulgarimmo works mainly with French investors buying properties for rent and resale. The agency also deals with the management of its clients' properties and has a long-term experience with finding accommodation for diplomats and employees of large international companies.
Because of the long-standing practice and successful efforts of Bulgarimmo over the last 10 years, Nelly Nikolova is now taking the next important step in the development of her real estate business - the merger with Galardo Real Estate.
Bulgarimmo and Galardo are centralizing their contacts and experience in the market to expand their parameters and offer more and better services.
"For foreign investors it is of great importance to have a trusted partner," said Nelly Nikolova as our new Sales Director, and the fact that both companies have been on the property market for more than 10 years, provides future investors with not only more tangible opportunities, but also peace of mind that they are in safe hands.
Nelly Nikolova's life philosophy is also in line with Galardo Real Estate's business philosophy: “The most important thing I have learned is to be very adaptive, tolerant and never make comparisons between the two countries. Instead, I value and take the best from each one of them“.
